Creative Housing Solutions - What you need to know

  • Byron Theatre Jonson St, Byron Bay (map)

This workshop provides information on different housing models. What is a manor house, a pavilion home, dual occupancy, multiple occupancy? What can be done in the region to help support entering into creative housing models and what are the boundaries?

This workshop will focus on the nuts and bolts of planning and what you need to know if you are considering going into property with other people.

We have speakers from the planning department of Byron Shire Council who will do a presentation and offer some advice with a Q&A session to help you understand what can and can’t be done and what to look for in a property.

Hear from town planners and advisors on creative housing solutions.
